I've started this section about people's own BSB experience. It can be about a BSB concert you've attended or meeting either any one of the BSB or all of them. Even if you never met them or been to any of their concerts, talk about what merchandise you've bought of theirs or something. Talk about anything you've experienced related to BSB. Just reply to this post to share your story with everyone. Enjoy!

This is ~MelMuff's comments:

On Nov. 10/06, I was informed through MSN Messenger by a friend that Howie Dorough was in town promoting a new artist named George. Even though I arrived late, after an hour I got to meet Howie in person. I shook his hand, talked with him, got a pic with him and got his autograph. I told him that I've been a fan of them for 10 years and that my friend Rose got me into them. I forgot to mention that I have every one of their albums, including the solo albums by Nick and Brian. I even forgot to mention the club. I meant to and was preparing to tell him but once I got up there, I just plainly forgot. I also got to meet this new artist George and got his autograph. Meeting Howie in person was freakin' awesome. He's my fourth fav of the group and he's super nice. My ultimate dream is to meet all of them in person so at least two fifths of my dream has happened. Brian blowing me that kiss last year at their concert counts and was equally as great. Good luck to this new artist George. He's Canadian and Howie is taking a break from recording the new BSB album to promote this guy.

I attended 2 BSB concerts in Sept 2005. The first one on Monday in Ottawa and the second in Montreal on Tuesday. I originally meant to go to just one of them. I bought tickets for both and planned to keep the better ticket and sell the other one. I had problems with my eBay account and trouble selling the ticket locally so I ended up going to both. I am so glad that I did now. In Ottawa, I was actually able to switch my ticket Floor Row 27 to Floor Row 6. When Brian saw my sign that read "Kiss Me!", he blew me a kiss. *Screams* But when Nick saw it, he didn't do anything which upsets me but I forgive. He's my fav. He's so damnh cute. I just have to forgive him. I luv u Nick. I luv u too Brian, your my 2nd fav.

In Montreal, I had Floor Row 11. They had one guy dressed up as a heart come out on stage for one song and some 1980s rockers come out when their new hit play "Just Want You To Know" and they wore Montreal Canadian hockey jerseys when they sung their final song.

I also saw BSB seven years ago in Montreal on August 23, 1998. I was 17 then and it was the first concert I ever went to but it was the least memorable. It was general admission with stadium like seats set up on the side. AJ wasn't there to perform cuz he injured his leg the day before when they performed In Toronto. There was a special section up front by the stage and a guy was picking short people amoung the crowd to come to the front but I never got picked whenever he saw me. I was short at the time and I am still short now so I have no idea why he never picked me. I'm 5'4" now, isn't that short? Anyway, on top of all that, I had a family standing right in front of me. Two parents with their little son. It's fine that their son was really short and had to sit on his father's shoulder but they had to purposefully block my view of the stage. Everytime the mother looked at me, she kept giving me evil glares like she didn't like me. I have no idea why. They could have stepped to the side a bit so I could see the stage. So then I upgraded my ticket for $7 and got the 2nd last spot in the stadium like seats but it was the furthest distance from the stage so I regret doing that. That's why I am so glad that I went to these 2 concerts. I was really really close to BSB and I am so estatic at what Brian did. He was so cheerful and cooky throughout both concerts like he really enjoyed it. It was also the first time I ever had floor seats to a concerts. Most of the time, I'm in hte 100 or 200 levels. I also fear that this could be the last time that they're back too so I'm glad that I went. I know that they can't stay around forever but I really do hope that they at least come out with one more album. Anyway, that's all I have to say for today.

Awesome! I went to a concert on August 21st, took a whole bunch of pictures from the 14th row on the floor. It was seriously amazing. Brian waved right at me.....or at least it look directed towards me considering i waved. Haha. Nick's my favorite too.

I went to two of their concerts. One on the "Millenium" tour and one on "Never Gone".

The first one I saw in San Antonio when I was in the fourth grade. My best friend at the time drove in from Houston just to go to the concert with me. The seats were crap, but it was my first concert ever and I totally flipped out! My throat was sore for days after the concert! :D

The second one was recently. I saw them at the Clark County Amphitheater in Washington. My friend, Tyler, went with me. I was having so much fun singing at the top of my lungs to every single song. It was Brian's anniversary, so he brought his wife and kid out on stage and gave her five dozen roses. It was sooo sweet! Then, about half way through the show, Tyler asked me out. I was sooo happy that I started crying. I always associate the song that was playing with that moment now...(ironically, it was "Siberia" which is sad...O_o) Unfortunately, a week later, he broke up with me. But, whatever. That night was still one of the coolest nights of my life.

MMmmmm.....experiences....wow...so long ago~!

Let's see...I went to see them for the first time when I was about 12 years old, and my parents went with me. I think that was the "Everybody: Backstreet's back" *alright! lol* tour and I was in 11th row...I dun think my dad was very happy to be there(cuz we had a championship game that day for softball, and all the good players were gone ^^; ) I um, really don't remember that concert very, well, but I do remember me being all fangirl-ish....

The second I went to, I remember VERY well. It was the Millennium tour, and they were in Columbus, OH. That was when they were really big for this Burger King contest. You had to have the most logos in order to get backstage passes and stuff....but you couldn't print them out on paper, u either had to buy the food*urks after too much* or draw the logo. so we did a LOT of that.........omg....I died doing that. Mary, Jen's(my cousin) friend found the idea and we drew like there was no tomorrow. Unfortunately we didn't win.....but we came in second~! We had over 22,000......@_@ but some lady apparently had more. Fufufu on her. But we did manage to get second row, even though it wasn't from the contest. They gave us gift certificates....*gag*. Anyway.....the concert was ABSOLUTELY amazing~!!!!! Brian was soooo cute, like he always is ^__^* I wanted to glomp him SO badly ^^*

I also went to the Black and Blue Tour concert, also in Columbus....and you know...after seeing the Millennium tour, it was kinda hard to top that. I mean, it was still good, but not as amazing. I think it was because, like they've said before in interviews n' stuff, that they were burned out at that point, and it began to show a little. But I still had a great time ^-^

Dawnie loves teh Brian~! <3 :glomp:

I attended a concert of theirs a few years ago. I took a few days off from the high school I had been attending and my parents drove me up to Denver. I stood the enitre time and screamed so much that my voice was hoarse for a couple of days afterwards. It was the first time I'd seen them in concert. I'd wanted to see them again on this tour but wasn't able to. How do BSB fans like their new album? Me personally, I can't stop listening to it. There's so many great songs on it. It was well worth the wait fans had to do before it came out.

Ah... memories...

The first time I saw BSB was during the "Millenium" tour. My best friend, my mom, and I all camped out for tickets in Iowa City. They weren't the greatest, but the show was badass... plus they flew in right over us!! Poor Kevin was injured though; he fell while snowboarding in Denver about a week before. XP

The second time I saw them was during the "Black and Blue" tour. My mom got me tickets for a high school graduation gift to the show in Kansas City, MO. They were $125 bucks a piece. O.O;; It was way awesome though. The seats were on the floor, though I don't remember what row. It was cool because during a part of the show there was a walkout thing over the audience that the boys went out on. Kevin, Brian, AND Howie all waved at me. I tried to get the attention of Nick and AJ, but they were mostly on the other side... :( Eh well, 3 out of 5 ain't so bad. :lmao:

The third time I saw them was this past "Never Gone" tour. Our seats were cleeeeeear up in the nosebleed section, but we had a very clear view of the stage, so it was really cool. The show was great, and I almost lost my voice from screaming so hard during the last song "Backstreet's Back". That song is BUMPIN!! It's my fave definately.

So there you go... those are my memories. :D

Brian: So what did you tell her?
Peter: I told her she was fat.
Brian: *smacks him with a rolled-up newspaper* NO!.... NO!...

Okay... I'm a seasoned BSB Concert Goer... I haven't been to ten billion of them, but I have been to the following...

Two "Millenium" tours, one on each leg- Buffalo first, but the second time in Albany we had MUCH better seats; one "Black and Blue" in Albany at the Pepsi Arena on June 30, 2001 (more on that in a sec! :D); one for "Summer Splash" where they performed six songs promoting their new CD which I'm sure you all may be familiar with now (this was the most expensive ticket I've bought- $80.00 just to see the Boys :D I'd missed them so much it was definitely worth it); and two "Never Gone" - in Tampa and most recently at Darien Lake, NY. Six concerts, all fabulous and leaving me wanting more BSB...

Now... my two more memorable concerts were the second Albany "Millenium" concert and the "Black and Blue" concert. Here is why...

I solemnly swear that I am telling the truth. I have pictures of the events that occurred on June 30, 2001 and I will scan them in and make a nice little collage in tribute for that day soon. :D

Albany, NY February 15, 2000 - Into the Millennium Tour

Our second "Into the Millenium" tour concert was highly anticipated. The concert goers were myself, my best friend Tina, and her Mom, who was nice enough to drive us at the time all the way to Albany and back.

The Good- I managed to throw my best friend Tina's tiny stuffed panda all the way up to the second row. Now, this of course was for AJ, her favorite, and I was a little disappointed that I hadn't made it all the way to the stage. HOWEVER a kind person in the second row tossed it immediately up to AJ, who was singing there beside Nick (her second favorite) and lo and behold he saw where it originally came from, smiled in our direction, and held it up proudly... my best friend Tina flipped out and I managed to take a picture... but my thumb got in the way... (I'll have to post it though... you can see he is holding up something small... yay for craptacular disposable cameras). Speaking of cameras...

I had borrowed my stepfather Tim's camera- which was a large, impressive looking piece of crap. I had unsuccessfully tried snapping pictures for two rolls of film previous to this night- one in a HIGHLY lit gym for a basketball game, the other out in broad daylight, and no pictures came out. It had a rather large what appeared to be zoom lens... and it did zoom, but only like binoculars zoom. The pictures never came out, and it was damn near impossible to load film into- I think this camera was from the early 80s when I was born so there was no way I knew how to load it. So I brought my disposable cameras and it just in case we could maybe get some good pictures of the concert. Also, that night, I had a little package to give the boys, so I was going to slid it on stage at some point (because it was too heavy to throw ^^;). At one point during the night, I was going to go up by the stage (since we were about 20 rows from the stage, and that is where the security was) and ask where the nearest bathroom was (don't ask me how my mind worked this night... it obviously did not). Now, when I went to do this I had my large and impressive piece of crap camera around my neck- and the one security guard I spoke to suddenly told me to stay put and wait, and hand over the camera.

I panicked. I panicked because my stepfather held me responsible for that damn piece of crap camera, which never took pictures to begin with, and they were accusing me of being a freaking picture scalper and all this B.S. and they were asking me to hand over the film- which I couldn't even remember how to open the damn thing, and I began to cry because at the time I thought (from the way I was being treated) that they were going to kick me out of the concert or worse take me to jail or even WORSE take the camera away (what would I tell Tim???). Another security guard was called over... and let me tell you, I'm a good person, I never really aggrivate trouble before or anything, so I'm all paranoid and cry when authority figures even look at me the wrong way... and I'm also 5' 11" and these guys were HUGE compared to me... they had a flashlight and, looking back, it is kind of humorous... there was like two large security guards trying to open this P.O.S. camera, and unable to do so... At the time though, I was literally shaking in fear, and in tears because I kept fearing the absolute worst... the girls in the front row were yelling at them to leave me alone, I remember one girl saying "Leave Her Alone!" And in the meantime I was confessing to no end that I didn't even think the pictures would come out, I was only taking them for me and my friend, I would never EVER sell them, and the camera didn't even work in a well-lit gym... Anyway, they actually brought who I think was the head of security over... a short, large black man I've seen hanging with the Boys in past concert movies and such. I was really starting to get scared, and suddenly... it was so weird, but they started backing off, and the one calmed me down a little... He told me to promise to put the camera away for the rest of the concert (which I quickly agreed to) and told me to go back to my seat. It was only then that I was aware how close I was to the stage, and Brian was dancing with this chick for 'Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely'. Oh yeah. Just to illustrate my level of FEAR of losting that P.O.S. camera or getting carted out of the concert, I was only five feet in front of Brian Littrell, they were singing like two or three songs during this time, and I didn't hear a single thing. I was shaking the rest of the night, even after a three and a half hour drive home to Syracuse (my hometown).

Now here is the funny thing... when I returned to my seat, my best friend asked me "Dude, where were you???" And I told her quickly what had happened, and she was like, "That's really weird, because it looked like Brian was watching something down off the stage for a few moments, and I think he said something off the mic..."

Now... you can make your own conclusions. But I think that Brian saw what had happened... and told them to back off. I mean, it is the only explanation I have other than frustration over not being able to open that P.O.S. on why they would be all up on me and suddenly back away... They even offered to take my package to the Boys in person, and when they asked me who to give it to, I was so flustered that I looked up on the stage and saw Brian there and said, "Brian." Because my brain was completely mushed.

Alas... if that really was the case, if Brian did that, and I like to believe he did... Brian's my hero  :aww:

Albany, NY June 30, 2001 - Black and Blue Tour

This day shall live in my heart, as well as the rest of my fellow BSB Angels' hearts forever. The BSB Angels, as we call ourselves, consist of myself, and my best friends Tina, Cassie, Samantha, Faye, and Danielle. The day started out BAD. My younger sister Kristin was going to go with us, I had bought her ticket myself, but she bailed at last minute, which caused quite a tiff between me and her at the time, and then, after driving almost four hours, we got lost in Albany and could not find the hotel or the Pepsi Arena. Luckily for us, we found both after awhile of searching- and it turned out our hotel was within walking distance of the arena so we could even save on parking. Now, we were all tired after the drive, but excited for the concert, and the fact that it was our time, our night... we did this drive by ourselves, this trip- our first trip all together, no adults.

There was a few other BSB concert goers at the hotel, and we caught word through the rumor mill that the Boys were staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel nearby. So we went for a walk- except for Faye, who opted out because she was tired. Boy did she regret this... we went to the hotel, and there was *swarms* of fans hanging around... some told us Nick had already come by, but we waited around... and did we ever get lucky! First, Brian and Leighann arrived, with their pet carriers. Brian waved to us but couldn't stop because he had his hands full.

But then... about ten minutes later... Kevin arrived...

:wow::excited::faint:

Kevin is my favorite... has been for awhile. It's a tie between him and Howie usually. :aww: Anyway, Kevin actually paused, talked to a security man, and then... began to sign autographs! I could have died... I was so excited, I had something to give him then too- ironically, I only brought a few of the things I had wanted to give the Boys that time- just my picture of AJ and Nick (a copy of the collage in my scraps right now) and when he came to me I was babbling as he signed the back of one of the copies I had of it... and then I tried to give him a laminated version, but he just smiled politely at my mindless babbling (which included: "I'mnotreallyaNickandAJfanbutIleftyourpictu reatthehotelandtheyaren'tevenreallymyfavoritesyouarebutIwouldlik eyoutohavethis" - at about that speed too ^^;) and he said to me, "It's okay, sweetie, you can give this to them, okay?" And then he handed me my picture and his autograph, and I bounced away like a happy 5' 11" bunny... We took pictures, I have to put these up... he wore shades that day though (to my misfortune... I would love to have a nice up-close glance in real life of those green eyes... :flirty: *sighs*

The concert itself rocked... the stage layout back then, with the small circular one in the back, lucked us out- for a part of the concert we were FRONT ROW!!!! :excited: We had such a blast... it was such a great concert, what a memorable day. One of the best days of my life.

Anyway, lab is closing, that's about all there is anyway... :D I hope you liked me sharing my BSB moments! :D

Oooo I just joined and figured I might as well add my experiences!
So I actually went to two Nick Carter concerts before I went to a BSB concert.
I saw Nick once in December 2002 (and almost got in a fight over a towel in the front row) then saw him again in March 2003. This time I was lucky enough to meet the man himself! He's really great to talk to and a real sweetie.
Back in August of 2005, my waiting paid off and I finally got to see the Boys in concert. Let me tell you-it's so worth the $174 I paid for fourth row tickets. I have never had so much fun in my life!

Kool! Lot of money though! When I saw them this past Sept., I paid $40 bucks for a 6th row ticket on eBay and sold my row 11 ticket for $50 and broke even.

My sister and I recently went to the last concert of the Australian Never Gone Tour. We managed to get front row and had ana amazing time. I felt like I was 13 all over again.. for the whole night. Pop music isn't necessarly my thing anymore, but I'll alwyas be a loyal BSB fan.

My sister and I got to touch A.J-(the love of my life) and Brian, but my sister also got to touch Howie too.

All in all I really enjoyed the concert, they played all the ones I hoped they would.. my only thing would be that A.J didn't spend enough time on my side of the stage... :P

The only song I just couldn't get into was Weird World.. I just don't like it.

After the concert we had a chance to go and find them, but we both agreed not to and instead met up with our bfs.
